“ Followed friends recommendation and was a nice meal :) prices have improved and is no longer a tourist trap. Fresh seafood but flavours were slightly bland and food overcooked. No beachfront/oceanfront seating. Drive past the restaurant for parking. ”
“ Excellent. Was nervous going to Rawai Seafood Market, given its such a tourist trap. Yong is at the far end and seems less desperate to get customers in the door. Service, food and prices are all excellent. We had a feast for 5 people for Bt2,700. Will definitely revisit any time i have Phuket visitors. Can highly recommend the tuna sashimi. Crab fried rice was properly meaty. Garlic prawns garlicly! ”
“ What looks to be a hidden gem, Yong and his chefs are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Yong came out to help us pick some fish the second time we visited! Made 3 dishes out of 1 fish for us. Excellent service from staff as well. ”
“ The owner of the restaurant was very friendly & helpful. Great service. Great sea view. You couls buy your own freah seafood outside the restaurant and get them to cook it for you. You should try the steamed fish with lemon! The only problem is it is hard to get a car parking spot. ”
“ Good service and very good food. Lobsters and fish all fresh ”
“ We picked our own seafood and had them cooked here. We had BBQ lobster and prawn with the chilli sauce, was good! And pad kee mao was delicious too. ”
“ Enjoyed my lunch here. Picked this place for its view of the sea and sand. Bought our fresh seafood from the market next door. Yong Seafood provides the cooking service of 500g at 75baht and 1kg at 100baht. We had grilled butter tiger prawns, steamed squid with lime, steamed seabass in lime sauce, stirfry morning glory, minced meat omelette, tom yum kung, grilled lobster with butter and a spicy sauce clams. Service staff were friendly and efficient. Recommended to pick this place. They have more seatings just opposite and more cooling if you need. ”
“ Good food. Good service. Standard price for cooking if you buy them from other shops. 100 baht for one dish. Their seafood sauce is yummy. Their sashimi presentation is off-the-chart. No service charge. But their water and rice are more expensive than other shops. Big bottle of water is 60 baht. Big rice is 150 baht. ”
